At first glance, it looks almost like a piece of kinetic sculpture that wandered out of a modern art museum and decided to make itself useful. A slender black metal frame rises from a bold blue base, punctuated by a cone-shaped holder in that perfect burnt orange-red that interior designers are always calling \u201cterracotta\u201d but really just makes you think of summer sunsets and Spanish roof tiles.
