Rising sixty stories above Midtown, it stands 1,388 feet (423.1 meters) tall as the city\u2019s largest all-electric <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/skyscraper-architecture-and-design\/\"><strong>tower<\/strong><\/a>, powered entirely by renewable energy, and is designed to achieve net-zero operational emissions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From street level, the building\u2019s presence is defined by its lifted base \u2014 an 80-foot-high volume supported by fan-shaped columns and triangular bracing that create a sense of lightness across the entire block.
