Based in France, the fund supports emerging artistic practices and fosters creative education in under-resourced communities through long-term cultural projects.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In 2018, Rubis M\u00e9c\u00e9nat founded Ndao Hanavao \u2013 which means \u2018Let\u2019s Innovate\u2019 in Malagasy \u2013 as a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rubismecenat.fr\/en\/p\/programmes\/transmission\/ndao-hanavao-innovation-and-creation-laboratory-for-social-design-madagascar\/\">training and innovation laboratory for social design<\/a><\/strong> in Antananarivo, Madagascar. The initiative brings together local artisans, young trainees, and international designers to collaboratively develop sustainable design solutions that directly address Madagascar\u2019s environmental and socio-economic challenges.
