The CSTC's Members


Phan Dũng graduated from both Soviet State University and Public Institute of Inventive Creativity of Baku, Azerbaidjan, Soviet Union in 1973. He belongs the first generation of students of G.S. Altshuller – Father of TRIZ. Phan Dung received his Ph.D in Physics in 1985 and D.Sc. in Physics in 1989 at the State University of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) Russia

He is a founder and current director of the CSTC.

He created and taught the first course "Creativity and Innovation Methodologies" (CIM) involved TRIZ in Vietnam in 1977.


Trần Thế Hưởng graduated in Bachelor degree in Physics of Solid State from the University of Natural Sciences in 1983. He got Master of Science degree in Electronics Engineering in the same university in 1997 and nominated as Principal Lecturer in 2000.

He joined the CSTC from the beginning and has still cooperated with the CSTC so far.


Vương Huỳnh Minh Triết graduated in Biology from the University of Natural Sciences in 1993. He joined the CSTC since then.


Lê Minh Sơn got Bachelor degree in Geology at Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University in 1988. In 2000, he got Master of Science degree in Geological Engineering at International Institute for Geo-Information & Earth Observation (The Netherlands).

He has worked for CSTC since 1998.


Chu Thái Minh Khôi, secretary, graduated from the University of Natural Sciences in 2010 (in specialization of Information Science). He has worked for the CSTC since 2010.
